DICE Conference + Festival

“DICE Conference + Festival is a music and discourse festival creating a more equitable model for music spaces. The 2021 edition will run from 25-31 October in digital form, with a series of hybrid satellite events in the period leading up to and following the digital festival. More information on the programme will be published on our website soon! The theme of the 2021 edition is Orbital Entities. Amid near-constant shifts in the ways we relate to one another, we have learned to exist in a state of suspension, struggling to remain close over distances. We’re searching for a central point to rotate around, whether it be an established community, a shared history or identity, a concept, common interest or influence. In our current reality, we see how the self becomes satellite; to central focal points and to one another, pulled and pushed at the same time. The way this has influenced our creative practices, social lives and internal landscape feels irreversible. …“
