“A new book by the Swiss-Canadian artist Rudolf Stüssi is set for publication by the reputable Swiss publisher Benteli in the fall of 2024. Berlin Bent contains more than 100 reproductions of the finest of his paintings of the German capital, created over a space of more than 30 years. They are ‘bent’ due to a unique perspective, the 5th Perspective, invented by the artist, that allows buildings and interiors to sway and dance, unlike anything ever imagined by most. This atmospheric movement enlivens everything, it is humourous, but also points to the instability of our world.
