Holzarkt 25 is not a single venue, but a colorful smorgasbord of different places, collectives and projects. The following places, buildings and venues are home to Holzarkt 25, among others:

• Katerschmaus – restaurant with terrace, directly on the banks of the river Spree
• HOUSE 1 – a “small high-rise” with mixed use: open spaces will be created in the five base floors, which can be used partially for public and cooperative purposes.
